What are the Mana and draw rules for the starting and second player?
The starting player has 1 maximum Mana on their first turn and skips that turn’s automatic draw. The second player advances their second Mana unlock only to their own first turn: they have 2 maximum Mana and draw normally. On their second turn they skip the increase and remain at 2 maximum Mana; from their third turn onward, maximum Mana grows by 1 each turn, up to 10. The progressions are therefore 1, 2, 3… for the starting player and 2, 2, 3… for the second player. At the start of each turn, available Mana refills to the unlocked maximum, subject to card effects. The advance and skipped increase happen before Mana refill, ability unlocks and start-of-turn effects.

DUEL or FIGHTS: which mode should I choose?
Quick Match lets you choose DUEL, without classes, Avatar abilities or class passives, or FIGHTS, with classes and the Skill Tree. Queues are separate; after 30–40 seconds without an opponent, a bot automatically starts in the selected mode. Card, weapon, spell and fusion effects still apply.
How do rankings and rewards work?
DUEL and FIGHTS have independent PvP ladders. Quick-match wins and losses, including bots, only affect the selected ladder; draws award no points. The PvE campaign, friendly matches and tournaments award no points to these ladders. DUEL rewards gold and base packs; FIGHTS rewards gold, base packs and rare packs. Reward tiers are shown in Rankings.
When does the season start?
Season 0 is active during Public Beta and ends at the Early Access launch. The launch command starts Season 1 for both modes, archives Season 0 and sends its rewards by mail. From Season 1, seasons end at the start of the next calendar month in UTC: scores reset and each mode distributes its rewards separately.
